Join us for a lively evening of Latin dance as we learn the Rumba under the summer sky at Dark Moon Preserve! This one-hour class will take place on June 12 from 5:00–6:00 PM and is perfect for beginners and seasoned dancers alike.
Led by instructor Taegan of Classic Ballroom, participants will be guided through the fundamentals of Rumba in a fun and welcoming outdoor setting. Taegan has been dancing and teaching with Classic Ballroom Dance Studio for many years and began his teaching career after completing an internship with the studio in 2019. His passion for dance and natural teaching ability make him a favorite among students. He holds Associate-level degrees in Ballroom, Rhythm, and Smooth from the US Terpsichore Association.
All proceeds from this event will support local land conservation, helping to protect the natural places we love.
Come dance, connect, and enjoy a beautiful evening at the preserve!
Thanks to Taegan's generosity, your $10 per person donation will go directly to support Ridge and Valley Conservancy.
Please wear comfortable shoes, apply tick spray, and dress for the weather. There are no public restrooms available.
